How fast is delivery?
Steam codes are usually sent within a few hours of payment clearing, often much sooner.
Setup sessions are booked for a time that works in your timezone — most people get a slot
the same day or the next.
Do you really ship worldwide?
Nothing physically ships. Both products are delivered over chat or a remote session, so
there's no postage, no customs and no waiting on a parcel. Where you live only matters for
picking a time slot.
How much do Steam codes cost?
Face value plus ten percent. Want S$10 of credit, you pay S$11 — no service fee, no
markup that changes depending on how keen you seem. For codes in other regions I convert
the cost first and apply the same ten percent, and I'll always confirm the exact total in
chat before you pay anything.
Why is my Steam code region-locked?
That's how Valve issues them — a wallet code only redeems on an account registered to the
same region. It isn't a restriction I add. Tell me your account's region when you order and
you'll get a code that works.
What do I need for a WMMT6 setup?
Windows 10 or 11, Home or Pro — any version is fine. Add a controller or sim racing
wheel if you want to use one, though a keyboard works too. Everything else is handled
during the session.
How does booking a setup session work?
Pay, then pick a slot from my calendar — times are shown in your own timezone, so
there's no maths to do (I'm in Singapore, UTC+8, if you're wondering). You'll get a confirmation with the connection details and I'll be
there at the booked time. If nothing on the calendar suits you, message me and I'll open a slot.
What's your refund policy?
Setup sessions: full refund if the game turns out not to be compatible with your PC,
and a full refund if I can't get it working because of an error on my end. Need to
reschedule? Message me before your slot and I'll move it free of charge.
Steam codes: if a code doesn't redeem, I'll replace it or refund it.
Is it safe to let you remote into my PC?
Sessions run over Windows Quick Assist — Microsoft's own tool, already built into
Windows 10 and 11. There's nothing to download and no third-party remote software to trust.
You generate the code and give it to me, so the connection only happens because you started it.
You stay at the keyboard watching everything I do and can end the session in one click at any
point. Close anything private before we begin — I'd rather you were careful.
How does the S$5 referral work?
It applies to WMMT6 PC setups, not Steam codes. Your friend names you when they book,
and once the session is done I send you S$5 by PayNow, PayPal or Revolut — whichever you
prefer. It pays out every time someone you sent books, not just their first, and there's no
limit on how many people you can refer. You just can't refer yourself.
What if something goes wrong?
Message me and I'll sort it. If a code doesn't redeem, I'll replace it or refund it. If you
paid by PayPal Goods & Services you also have their dispute process as a backstop, which
is exactly why I suggest it for overseas buyers.
Can I still buy through Carousell?
Yes, and if you're in Singapore that's often easiest — Carousell's Buyer Protection covers
the transaction. This site exists mainly so buyers outside Singapore have a way to reach me.
